The foothills nestled up to the Canadian rockies rise in a way that makes you feel like you are flying over. Each month I drive along the edge of these hills and through the Crowsnest Pass. The views continue to dance in my memory while I am in the studio. Paintings such as this one come from the affection I have for this area of western Canada.
